Online Orders are processed immediately and shipped via Priority Mail.

Redhatsassysister.com does accept mail orders if you do not care to give out your credit card number.  Please print the checkout page and fill it out.  Accompany the  form with a check or money order.  Do not send currency.  Checks must be fully imprinted with the customer’s full name and a valid street address (orders to post office boxes will not be honored). Arizona residents please add 8.3% sales tax to the total order.

NOTE:   Mail orders take 4-6 weeks for processing.

Returned checks will be assessed a handling fee of $25.00.  Collection costs and all penalties permitted by law will also be assessed.  We may electronically collect returned checks, service charges and other applicable charges. If you are ordering for a group, please use one check, money order or credit card for the whole group.

Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders within the State of Arizona. If you are exempt from sales tax, please provide a copy of your official state issued tax exemption certificate along with your order. Fax certificate to 1-888-758-0959

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you need to return or exchange a product within 30 days of purchase, please contact us for correct procedures. Returns must be in new, unused condition. Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees. All returns must be shipped, prepaid, in manufacturer’s original packaging, in resalable condition, and are subject to inspection for damage or misuse prior to issuance of a credit. Special ordered products are not returnable. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge.

All items purchased from redhatsassysister.com are shipped FOB origin. This means that the title and the risk of loss for all items pass to you at the moment we deliver them to the carrier. As the owner of these goods, you must file any claim on freight. which is lost or damaged en route to the destination. Overweight, oversized or hazardous items will be subject to carrier surcharges or add-on fees.

In no event shall redhatsassysister.com be liable for any claim for incidental or consequential damage arising out of or in connection with manufacture, delivery or use of any product offered in the listings or by other means.

All sales are subject to prior sales. If something has to be backordered, you will be notified as soon as possible. You will be given the option of waiting for the re-order or cancelling that portion of the order. There will be no additional cost to you for a split order.
